Celebrity Xcel was built by Chantiers de l'Atlantique at Saint-Nazaire and entered service on Sunday 9 November 2025. It has a gross tonnage of 141,420, a length of 326.5 metres, room for 3,260 guests at double occupancy or 3,937 at maximum, and a crew of 1,416. New spaces include The Bazaar, Bora, Attic at The Club and the Celebrity Pool Club, alongside Edge-class favourites such as the Magic Carpet and The Retreat suite area.
