How do I arrange a public tour of Europa Point Trinity Lighthouse, and can individuals join a group?
Short answer
Book online at gibraltarlighthouse.com or in person at the Marine Interpretation Centre at Europa Point or the Gibraltar Heritage Trust shop. Individuals and families can buy tickets for a scheduled guided tour; groups wanting an exclusive tour for up to 10 people should email [email protected].
Detailed answer
Europa Point Trinity Lighthouse was opened to the public on 17 September 2026. Trinity House has appointed the Gibraltar Heritage Trust to run tours and events, and the attraction is marketed as Gibraltar Lighthouse.
Booking as an individual
You do not need to be part of an organised group. Individual tickets for scheduled guided tours are sold online, with up to 10 people per booking.
- Online: choose a ticket type, date and time slot at gibraltarlighthouse.com and pay by card.
- In person: at the Marine Interpretation Centre at Europa Point or the Gibraltar Heritage Trust shop, by card or pounds sterling cash. Euros are accepted at the European Central Bank daily rate, and a small exchange fee may apply.
Private and group tours
For an exclusive tour for up to 10 people, or for corporate and bespoke visits, email [email protected]. The Gibraltar Heritage Trust can also be reached on +350 200 42844.
Before you book
The operator recommends booking in advance. Its website states that from October 2026 the lighthouse moves to its full opening schedule with expanded hours and regular tours. Tickets can be cancelled or rescheduled for a full refund up to a cut-off time confirmed at booking, and visits affected by weather are rescheduled.
