How will goods normally enter and leave Gibraltar under the new regime?
Short answer
Goods will normally move by land between Gibraltar and the EU. Importation by sea is permitted in specific circumstances, including where EU goods are first cleared at a designated customs office in the EU. Exportation by sea from Gibraltar remains available for goods destined for non-EU countries, as well as for certain exempt categories such as ship supplies.
