The treaty does not cover services such as catering, removals, kitchen installation, or repair and maintenance services. By the time the treaty enters into force, any company seeking to provide services in Gibraltar will be required to be registered in Gibraltar for tax purposes, for social insurance purposes and for employment purposes.
